IdVerify collects and processes personal and biometric data in compliance with POPIA and other applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you confirm that you have obtained the necessary consent from individuals whose data you submit.
We strive to provide uninterrupted access but do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may result in temporary downtime.
IdVerify is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, or data.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the platform, or engage in unlawful activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of South African courts.
